Bonus types

There are several types of bonuses in the system that can be used in most powers and abilities. All bonuses stack with eachother.

See below for deatils on each of them.

To add a bonus to a sheet you can do this in two different ways:

  • Either you can just create a bonus in the world and then drag it to the sheet. It will then become visible in the Effect tab. See the sheet for details.
  • You can also create it as you edit a feature/trait/power. You can have more than one bonus connected to the same Item that way. The bonus/bonuses then gets active/deactive when you activate the feature/trait/power.

To activate a bonus you either activate the item it is connected too and check its checkbox.

Or you go to the sheets Effect tab and activate the bonus directly there.

Potence and Celerity

Celerity, Fortitude and Potence are special. They have effect in itself so what you do is add discipline powers containing the bonus you need when it is active.

Celerity

  • Celerity normal (add level dice to roll with dexterity value)

Fortitude

  • Fortitude normal (add level dice to soak)

Potence

  • Potence normal (add level dice to roll with strength value)

  • Potence with blood (add level number automatic strength successes)

You then activate the discipline power as you use the "correct" bonus. You also need to update the bonus as the level of the discipline increase.
